What does Brooks need each Sunday Night before our meeting on Monday?
Each week, the day before the meeting an email containing:
-What the group accomplished last week.
-Group's plans for the coming week.
-Issues I need to know about / address.
In meeting, you start with overview of email items. Then each person
explains their items in turn.
In general, it is a good idea to give the manager the
feeling that steady progress is being achieved. It is an
even better idea to inform the manager as quickly as possible
if for some reason progress is not being achieved.
