-what type of Apache needed to be installed on the server in order to give the web team enough tools to work with. For example...do they need a WAMP setup so they can use MySQL and PHP to store users?

-how to send an image - FPS?

-how to send a command - we're thinking 2 Bytes, one for group to receive package, one for command

-could the Apache be on the laptop instead of on an external server?
