Weekly Meetings

Meetings are 12:30 on Friday



Two things, one we need to start having weekly meetings, to get stuff done
second, we need a time for these meetings.

I want to plan these to be a half hour, get them done with, and get stuff accomplished, but it wouldn't hurt to have a safety buffer, time wise, after the meeting.

Here's the time slots to vote on.
Tuesday after 7 pm
Wednesday after 6 pm
Thursday after 6 pm
Friday I will not do an afternoon slot of, Nothing would get done. However, maybe 10 am to 2 pm range would be good.
Saturday will not happen.
Sunday would have to be at around 2, if we were to do it then. Group leaders meet at 3:30 and I have to teach at 6, so there's not much room for it there.


Vote on a time! You can vote for multiple selections, and can cancel votes if I change times.
If you have a conflict that can't be worked around, please say so and i'll remove / edit the choice. This will close on Tuesday.

i am almost never here sunday until like 6 o clock because my g/f lives so far away

I am good with Friday, I just have class that starts at 1:25.

Sounds like the best time for weekly meetings will be at 11 on Fridays.

First weekly meeting will be this week, January 30th at 11 am in Riggs 15 this week.
Goals of the meeting
- Figure out what we need to start developing the Flash GUI
- See what we need to install for PHP

I posted my free time in the brooks meeting time thread. I'm free from after 12:30 on monday wednesday friday. Tuesday Thursday after like 4:30. Maybe 12:30 on Monday/Friday?
